Nice cafe Nice service Super

Unfortunately, I had to wait 10 minutes (in the empty restaurant), or was left, although the waitresses were sitting in front of the restaurant and saw me go in. (By the way we had a reservation ..) The cellar, which then took care of us, was very nice and served us great.

The portions at breakfast are very clear for the price, the selection is very gifted. The service is super friendly and courteous. By and large we got full.

Nice place, dishes are nicely prepared and taste good. The drinks are also very good, if you order the same drink several times in a row, it always tastes different, but was still good. I found it rather frightening that it is packed in corona and at times, we sat back to back to other guests, when someone had to go to the toilet we were extremely squeezed. I'm not a fanatic or something, mainly the distances were right, but if you point us to such a place, well, we would rather go somewhere else. With something like that, just don't be surprised when the café and bars close again, everything else was really great!

One of the most outstanding locations in Neumarkt! To find such a courteous, polite and attentive service in the catering trade is rare these days. Not only regular guests experience professional handling and short waiting times. Even when the house is full, the new guest can experience the shortest waiting times and thus enjoy the evening after work. Thanks to the competent staff behind the counter, even the experienced beer drinker can experience his Augustiner experience in Neumarkt, rounded off with excellent cocktails. As a Neumarkter or traveler an absolute must and can only be recommended!

Were there tonight and wanted to have another glass of wine. Instead of a greeting there was only a "put on masks" when walking 5m to the table. The table was then just dirty with crumbs and drink residues. Okay, you can wipe it away. We thought ... The only problem was that nobody came to our table. Then got up and left after 10 minutes of waiting. But nobody was interested either.

We went to the Zentral to eat for the first time on Saturday lunchtime and I have to say that I have never experienced such unfriendly service. We were not greeted and ignored until we asked the waitress ourselves whether they still had a table for us. Although only 4 or 5 tables were occupied and two waitresses were working, we had to wait a long time until a waitress came to us. You only get one drinks and one menu that you have to share, which also seemed Spanish to me, but it was good. The food and drinks tasted very good and the ambience is also nice and well-kept. Of course there wasn't any cutlery either, and after we asked the waitress about it, she said she'd bring us some and then went to the colleague at the bar for a nice chat. After almost 10 minutes I went back to her and she said I could get it myself and showed me where the cutlery was (between the inside and outside). Actually we wanted another dessert but we were ignored until all glasses and plates were empty and therefore decided to move the dessert to another place. Conclusion: even if the food tastes delicious, we won't be back. You feel undesirable and not welcome in the restaurant! Service couldn't be beat in terms of rudeness.

Very unfriendly and incompetent service. Long wait for the order, forgot two drinks. So drinking coffee together with grandma and grandpa turned out to be a stage drink. A shame ... And best of all, the second service staff used the time to sit down at the table several times with friends. That's quite possible if you have your shop under control. In this specific case, however, I would advise against it!

It's a shame - at least during Corona times, the 10 euro limit for paying by card should be lifted. But actually forever.

Fantastic place in the middle of the city.There is a D.J.making popular songs great mood.The dinner was absolutely perfect it was a rumpsteak by the way...And the bier...woow :) The serving was also great,the prices are normal.

When I come to Neumarkt, this café / bar is one with large contact points and, as the name suggests, is central. In summer it's nice to sit outside with a cup of coffee and a piece of cake. However, I find it a shame that too little cake is offered. For people who have food intolerances or allergies, there is little to no selection in the range. But what I really like is the elegant ambience. Despite the noise level in the evening, the ceiling absorbs the sound very well and you can spend a few cozy and pleasant hours here. The restaurant and toilets are well maintained and in every corner there is an elegant detail for the eye. If you want to have lunch, drink coffee / tea, have dinner or spontaneously invite friends for a drink and want to be centrally in the city, this is a good place to go.

So I like to be here. Both dinner, cake in the afternoon or breakfast. I think everything is delicious. Very nice to sit outside in summer. The staff has always been totally friendly

We were on December 24th. for breakfast with 13 people. Very attentive and friendly service, special requests were not a problem. Everyone will find a suitable breakfast, including vegetarians. You can also put together your own breakfast. Delicious cappuccino 😋. Everything was great, I really liked it 👍

Good service is different .... Food o.k. Was now the 4th time here and always the same. Long wait for the service, who prefers to clean tables than to take orders. Supplies are available only if you make yourself clearly noticeable.

Good food, plentiful and tasty. The service is usually very fast. Oriental style in many of its dishes, some good cocktails and different beers. The attention of the service could be improved, although it is not incorrect.
